Hazard Surveys & Compliance Audits

Lead Paint & Lead Assessments
Lead exposure remains a serious concern in older buildings, and renovation or demolition work can disturb lead-based paint in ways that create both health hazards and regulatory liability. We conduct lead paint and airborne lead evaluations for construction and renovation projects, identifying where lead is present and what precautions are required before work begins. This service is essential for contractors working on pre-1978 structures, where lead-based paint regulations are most likely to apply.
Asbestos Assessments
Pre-renovation and pre-demolition asbestos surveys are required under NESHAP before disturbing materials in structures built before the 1980s. Our assessments are performed by an AHERA-accredited Asbestos Building Inspector. Serving abatement contractors, demolition crews, and property owners across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
OSHA Regulatory Compliance Audits/Gap Analysis
Passing an OSHA inspection starts long before an inspector ever walks through your door. Our regulatory compliance audits perform a gap analysis against applicable OSHA standards, identifying where your current programs, documentation, or workplace conditions fall short — along with specific corrective action recommendations to close those gaps. This proactive approach helps facilities catch and fix issues on their own terms, rather than finding out about them through a citation.

Limited Compliance Assessments (LCAs)
Not every property transaction or project calls for a full-scope environmental review — sometimes what's needed is a focused evaluation of a specific concern. We conduct limited compliance assessments scoped to the exact issue at hand, whether that's a single hazard, a specific building system, or a narrow regulatory question. This targeted approach gives lenders, buyers, and property managers the answer they need without the cost or timeline of a broader assessment.
