Worker Health & Safety Training
Compliance training only works if it actually changes behavior on the floor. Our worker-focused training covers the essentials your team needs to stay safe and OSHA-compliant, including HazCom (hazard communication), proper PPE use, hearing conservation, and respirator use. Sessions are built around the specific hazards present in your facility — not a generic slideshow — so employees leave understanding the "why" behind each protocol, not just the rule itself. Available as in-person, on-site sessions for manufacturing, construction, and industrial workforces.
Supervisor EHS Training
Frontline supervisors are your first line of defense for safety compliance, but they're rarely given training that matches their day-to-day responsibilities. Our supervisor-level EHS training is tailored specifically for those managing crews in manufacturing and construction environments — covering hazard recognition, incident response, documentation requirements, and how to reinforce safety culture without slowing down production. Confined Space Training
Confined space work carries some of the highest-consequence risks in industrial and construction settings — atmospheric hazards, engulfment, and entrapment can turn routine tasks fatal in minutes. Our confined space training covers OSHA's permit-required confined space standard, covering hazard recognition, atmospheric testing, entry procedures, and the distinct roles of entrants, attendants, and supervisors. Sessions can be tailored to your specific confined spaces — tanks, vaults, silos, or process vessels — so your team isn't just memorizing a regulation, but practicing procedures for the spaces they'll actually enter.
Asbestos Awareness Training
Asbestos awareness training is required under OSHA's asbestos standards (29 CFR 1926.1101 and 1910.1001) for employees who may encounter asbestos-containing materials (ACM) during general work activities, even if they aren't performing abatement themselves. Training covers how to recognize potential ACM, the health risks of asbestos exposure, and the steps to take if suspect materials are disturbed or discovered — helping crews avoid accidental disturbance during renovation, maintenance, or demolition work. This is a common baseline requirement for facility staff, maintenance workers, and construction crews operating in older buildings where pre-1980s construction is common.
Lead Awareness Training
Lead awareness training satisfies OSHA's lead-in-construction standard (29 CFR 1926.62) for workers who may encounter lead-based paint or lead-containing materials during renovation, demolition, or maintenance work, without qualifying them as certified lead abatement workers. Sessions cover how to recognize lead hazards, exposure routes, required PPE, and proper work practices to minimize airborne lead and lead dust exposure on the job. This training is a common requirement for contractors, facility maintenance crews, and renovation workers operating in pre-1978 structures, where lead-based paint regulations apply.
